need help

Hi iv been adicted to subutex for just over 2 and a half years iv never took heroine or any other hard drugs. Last week I ran out of them so was given methodone from a friend for a few days till 2day but now my tablets don't feel as though their working for me. Iv even taken more than I normally do but nothings changing. I'm not strong when it comes to this as I already suffer with depression. Is there anything I can do 2 help me please.

Methadone was a very bad choice of drug for a "cave in". It lasts in your body for a very long time with the half life as long as 36 hours, it can stick around for about three days with the withdrawals starting on day three, depending on your metabolism and how much you took.
But do not consider yourself to be at square one because of on slip up. Keep at it, do not quit quitting. Don't make the same mistake again. Good luck with the job interview.

Hi I recently stopped taking everything all together as this is not the life I wwant 2 lead, iv been clean for a week until lastnite I caved in and took methadone as today I had 2 be at a jobinterview ans cannot seem to funtion or bring myself to go outside. Is it normal to feel the cold twice as much but be sweating at the same time? Also how long do withdrwels last from methadome and will my set back take me back to square one?

I am not quite sure what it is you need help with. I can certainly help you with advice on how to quit and get clean, but it sounds to me that you want advice on how to get a better high from your Subutex, now that you have tried the long acting methadone. You are probably a young woman. Is that how you want to spend your life? Going from one drug to another, getting more and more addicted? Eventually, given time you will probably end up on higher and higher doses and harder and harder drugs. Your central nervous system is numb from the Subutex. It is not a long term solution for your depression.  What you need is to see your doctor, talk to a therapist, and start finding long term solution for your depression, one of them should be getting clean.
