I've seen many posts that have said to take this or xanx  while coming of vicodin but I don't know how much.  I take 20mg at a time and still have anxiety.  How often can I take them?

I took 8mg xanax and 4mg klonopin, also 30 temazapam for two years. I never knew how to properly get off these drugs. I tried cold turkey several times and had seizures. Nurses and doctors;rehabs and detoxes never told me to do a very slow tapper.

I suffer tremendously and after 3 months off my last pill, I just wasn't getting better and I had to start taking valium again. Small doses, but live is now somewhat bearable.

The muscles squeeze in my head and tremor, these muscles also ffect my face. Then when that stops, the extreem body pain starts. When will I ever get better? I was released by my third neurologist and referred to John Hopkins. I can't see a neruo there until May 18, 2009.

How do I find case studies of  people on high doses of benzodiazepines and if and how these people have finally recovered? Where can I get info on this and also what some of the symptoms are for people on high dose withdrawals?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
