ACTH stim results and questions

Brand new to this board, first post. My baseline draw on the ACTH stim was 11.6, after 1 hour it was 30.4, an increase of 2.62 fold. Is this okay?

The lab sheet does not have a range for this test.
Yes your doc is going to say that since your adrenals technically went up.

Sorry so long to get back to you, although I did read your response right away. I was looking at my lab sheet and it says "please interpret accordingly" but it only gives ranges for the initial draw which should be something between 4-20. Even though I have every symptom of adrenal insufficiency (secondary), my physician dismissed this result. My response more than doubled, but not quite tripled. Would this be considered a normal response?

It depends on if your doc goes by if you are under 34 or if you did or did not double.
