Adrenal fatigue blood test

hni
Hi, I have recently had thryroiditis which I was hyper for 7 months i have not been in the hypo stage yet whether i will im not sure but I had positive tpo antibodies 69
my thyroid is now tsh 09 and t4 17
Im am absolutley exhausted, if i try and do anything like housework or walks I have to have a lie down and rest then the next day I get really bad muscle aches in my back.
I went to see the endo who said he will test my adrenals i rang for my blood results but i dont understand them:
before stimulated: 390
after stimulated: 697
????
does this make sense to anyone, she said they were fine but just wanted to check they werent borderline or anything
Has anyone else experienced this with thryoiditis that they were hyper for longer than the normal pattern then back to  normal?? ( even though i dont feel it!!!)
is my body just worn out?
many thanks

Healthy eating is good for anyone.
Without labs, one cannot say if they do or do not have an adrenal issues. Sometimes sweating may cause an issue and sodium can help? Hard to tell don't know a thing about your life, health or anything.
Tired is just not a definitive enough to say it is *x* it can be thousands of things.

It is hard to tell without ranges - labs differ and countries differ.

Sadly most doctors don't treat for Hashimoto's if the rest of the thyroid tests are normal and it appears (not sure without ranges) that your tests are normal - of course your doc did the panel that I find most useless. TSH is a pituitary test and T4 on its own ugh - a Free T3 and Free T4 much more useful.

The adrenal test was pretty normal. Your adrenals worked for the stim test as you almost doubled - some docs want a double - some want a *magic* number so not sure what those are for your doc but it seems you hit that.

How is your sodium and potassium? AI is a salt wasting disease. So sodium must be low. It could be another issue besides cortisol - so you may need testing on other hormones, vitamins or auto-immune issues.

Parts can have diseases - but they are built for a lifetime.
