Does this sound like an adrenal issue?

A month ago shortness of breath and heart palpitations.  Symptoms over that period (and some of them prior to that for months):
Shortness of breath, easily startled, exciting things seem to provoke an abnormal hyper-excitement response, massive fatigue for 5-20 minutes after eating, low energy in AM/Afternoon, more energy 6-10PM, for months all day just a low level of fatigue (like I am running 4 hours sleep or 80-90% energy)
Primary did initial testing.  TSH 1.37 T4 Free 1.5 Cortisol 10AM blood 0.44 all apparently negative.
Seeing Endo tomorrow.  Could this be adrenal?
