Dry mouth, dry eyes and pain in throat & glands?

Hey all! I'm currently waiting to see an endo as I have been suffering from lots of symptoms that fall under pituitary disorder symptoms, pretty much all.

Lately my thirst & dry mouth has gotten so much worse, especially under my tongue. My salivary glands and neck feels swollen, I'm not sure how to tell for definite but my neck looks a little swollen. I'm also getting terrible head aches, behind my eyes and nose and at the top, sides & back of my head. All very localised and specific, with a general almost constant dull ache. They do not respond to any pain killers, so I've given up. Often paired with blurred vision.

Does anyone else suffer from this terrible dry mouth & possible swelling? My optician says my eyes are healthy & my prescription is up to date, but that my eyes are very dry and damaged because of that. I've began using special eyedrops but I wondered if anyone else suffered/suffers from these headaches, dryness & aching in their salivary glands, neck and throat, especially talking/after a long conversation?

Thanks all!

I hope you see this. I have dry mouth, skin, sinusus and eyes, diagnosed with sjograns. My Endo says its common with Addison's Disease but mine could also be from fibro or lupus.
My eyes bothered me big time so now my eye dr puts tubes in my eyes every 6 months and they are a life saver. The eye drops never did me any good.
Hope you find relief soon.

I don't know if it is related to AI or pituitary - but I would ask for a sjogren's evaluation. It is autoimmune and makes you really dry.

There is a blood test for the antibody.

The pit disorder usually is related to extreme thirst - so drink and pee.
