RBC Potassium test

I need help interpreting my lab results for RBC Potassium.  The range is not familiar to me.  Everything I've looked up shows a range of 3.5-5.2 mEq/L give or take.

Lab Result:

95 mEq/L

Reporting limit: 2.8 mEq/L

2.5th - 97.5th percentile range is 82-100. The RBC sample used for analysis was measured by weight and multiplied by the density of human RBC (1.10 g/mL) to obtain mEq/L units

Analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma/Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP/OES)

AI is a salt wasting disease so sodiums would be at the low end, not high end or even low off the range. Potassium is typically high, but a few of us (including me) drop K as well when there is illness. I actually take a medication to keep my sodium up.

There could be other issues if abnormal - but it sounds like it is normal?

It was plasma...  There is a range, but it's not familiar to me.

My sodium was 142, so at the top of the range (135-144).

Weird.
Was it flagged high or low? Is this serum or plasma?
I usually get a serum potassium so my results have a range on the lab slip - so why wouldn't your slip have your range too?

How is your sodium?
