Secondary Hypo Gonadism and delayed pubery

Hi ive just recently been daignosed about 6 months ago with a prolactinoma and im taking cabergoline 2 x daily and just two weeks ago was told i have low cortisol and secondary hypogonadism and about to begin hydrocortisone tablets for it.

My Endo belives i could have had this all through my teenage years as im just now beggining to grow facial and body hair that hadnt been there before.

What im wondering is if im just hitting puberty now with facial hair is there a chance that other underdeveloped areas like my penis and such might start now to grow or because im hitting puberty in my mid 20's ive missed the boat ?

What testing has been done? As in, do they think CAH or LOCAH? (congenital adrenal hyperplasia)

There are several genetic and other diseases that cause delayed puberty and the endocrine diseases. If your growth  plates are not closed, you can still grow - and if you have not hit puberty, they may still be open. If they are closed, the boat has sailed.
