Urodynamics test and addison's disease

I suspect I have Addision's disese after postpartum haemorrhage and 4 units of blood transfusion.

I had a urodynamics test 2.5 months after birth.  I wonder whether this test can shed lights on adrenal insufficiency.

Thank you!

The urodynamics test tests bladder function only and to my layman's knowledge, does not test the adrenals - only an ACTH stimulation test works for that.

However, having problems after giving birth makes me think that you may have Sheehan's syndrome - so I really would talk to a good endocrinologist or a pituitary endocrinologist and let them know about what is going on and let them do some testing. Other hormones may have been effected as well.
