physician suspected Sheehan's...

I saw the endocrinologist and she confirmed Euthyroid Hashimoto's...which she does not prescribe medication for. A little frustrating only because my one physician said Synthroid would fix everything. The Endo said my issues sounded more like a complication from when I delivered my second child, Sheehan Syndrome. I had an ACTH test performed on Monday:

baseline was 31.2 ug/dl
30 min post 38.9 ug/dl
60 min post 44.5 ug/dl

It seems this is a negative test, correct? I have a good baseline and although my numbers don't double, they are still in an adequate range?

Technically you are supposed to double, however some doctors have a "magic" number and will pass you when you pass the magic unpublished number.

Did they only do the stim on ACTH? Not growth hormone as well? Just because you "passed" or not... On ACTH may not mean much as hormones can decline depending on how much time has passed from the time of the bleed. Usually GH is the first to go, and others follow. What is your tsh? Do you have central hypothyroidism as well?
