could any one help me to know whether Addison affected person get abdomen swell
and what is the cure for this

What sort of treatment are you on know. Are you taking any meds?
What labs have you had done? As enzy says electrolyte and liver enzymes are really good to look at.
In addition your hormone panels should be looked at too. Cortisol levels can be off just a bit and effect the body. Along with other hormones being off.
Is your swelling from bloat? or weight gain?

It could possibly be from mineral electrolyte imbalances. Someone with Addison's should have regular blood testing. Check liver enzymes, as well. Proper liver function is extremely important in relieving symptoms.
