Hi TJ, Ditto on the sober days and the 40 years of wedded bliss. Good to have you back....
I sent you a pm on the other stuff....
Ray
Congrats on 2 months and 40 yrs wedded bliss!!!!!!!!!! sara
Hi to you and Ibi and everyone. I have been away from my computer for a few days so am trying to read some posts. What is going on with you my friend? I got the jist of it and am glad you and dr. are not rushing into anything. Let me know. As for me, 2 mos. without a drink as of Jan.10>secondary would be 40 years of wedded bliss.:>)
I was a child bride. Everyone hang in there. Nothing feels as good as being sober and really not wanting a drink. WOW TJ
I check here every day hoping to see some of the ones that are MIA back on. I only hope and pray that they have found true freedom in their sobriety and are working their recovery.....sara
Thanks Sara, I am also grateful for sobriety and my friends here.....
I was thinking recently about those we have not heard from in a while and hoping they are still sober
Always helps to have a doctor you like and trust. Thats hard to find sometimes.
Today i am grateful for my sobriety and all of you~~~~~~~sara
Yes indeed, I am happy with him, he is all about quality of life.....,
Life is good today, the simple things in life mean so much, some days are hard but I can cope provided I don't drink, so I fear what would happen to me if I picked up a drink....

wise doctor who is not knife happy!many times back surgeries can worse things!oh yes holidays are like another day....passed and another one coming!:)
Will do. The Doctor is not happy as the surgery is going to end up doing damage to the Spinal cord, he said he feels this damage may make my situation worse so he is monitoring things, kinda frustrating but I am ok with this, no point rushing into something and living to regret it later....otherwise I am doing ok, happy to have Christmas out of the way, dangerous time for us in recovery

let her know that i think many here do post there...when is that surgery?how r u doing?
