Inpatient rehab, definitely. If you cant stop get help it's worth it. Not everyone can stop drinking on their own and just like was said previously it's unhealthy for some to try this, it can even be deadly. But sadly, if you keep up the drinking like you've described the outcome is grim. Your liver takes the brunt of the alcohol damage, Pancreas too.
Living sober is great. I drank heavily for ten years and wish I'd had quit years ago. Don't wait until something shows up on a medical scan or blood test like I did. Real quickly you'll realize you have to stop poisoning yourself if you want to live. Take action now your life depends on it my friend!!!
I agree with the above responses. You are in a bad place and will need help. Start with your doctor, this must be your first priority. find and go to an AA meeting.
Do you live alone?
Keep us posted on how you are doing.
You have to go to rehab as an in-patient. Your health at this point is very precarious.
Yes, you need to be seen by a doctor. Going cold turkey off alcohol can be very dangerous. I hope you get the help you so need. You cant keep going like this very long before your organs will start shutting down. I am not trying to scare you, i am just stating the facts. You dont have to live like this. Get some help please~~sara
