You need to quit drinking, and i think you already know that. If you are feeling this poorly, you have to remove sources and see if you recover. While you're at it, you might read up on how your diet plays such a crucial role in cancer and disease. It's great that your labs or normal, but they won't be if you continue to abuse your body with alcohol.
No, no one can tell you if you have liver disease or renal failure from what you have mentioned. I'm not sure the motives of that users scare tactics. However, you've been drinking ALOT and have pain in the liver area, that's not a good sign. I have been in your shoes and when I questioned the doctor about the normal tests...even though I had pain, he said I very well could have irritated/bruised my liver and it would not show up on tests. I think you know you have to stop drinking to get healthy. If your tests are normal, that's a great sign. Your lucky. Stop now and your liver will recover. If you are drinking that much, you probably don't have a great diet, exercise, or sleep routine. Work on those things and I bet your other symptoms disappear in time.
Renal failure? How would I have that with normal labs?
It appears you have liver damage, and perhaps renal failure. You are fortunate to have had a remission. You must never ever have a drink again.
