Thanks girl.  Oh yeah, i am taking the 6 a day for sure.  Also doc told me to take b 1
b6 and bcomplex twice a day.  I am vitamined to the hilt.  But, that's okay too.  Anything is better than being drunk!  Finished the battle with my insurance company and start my therapy tomorrow.  It wasn't actually a battle.  Just jumping through hoops, the right wording and all that.  Hope you get your pc working up to snuff.
I appreciate your wise and encouraging words.  tj

i wasn't able to post prior to deleteing Microsoft Security Pack 3..it is causing problems for many!in order for me to post here i have to simultaneously hit the mouse and enter quick one time and just one post......but cannot delete anything here...i've notified medhelp...Harry ********* has been great in advising and we're going to try to work this out!Well look at it this way...6 drinks in one day wasn't a lot eh?or impossible...it was done.....so the pills are worth it.....the literature on this says side effects in 2-3% of those taking it...thats low.....keep a positive mind about it......i've seen it work as long as ppl STICK with it!put as much energy in2 ur sobriety as u did the drinking and drug use.......and u'll do fine!:)

Well, just wondering if you've got the kinks ironed out yet?  I start my campral this morning.  6 pills a day, seems like alot huh?  The pharmacist said it may cause dizziness, so i will soon find out.  Gorgeous weather out here in Oregon.  We went from winter to summer in a flash and will go back to winter just as fast. ha ha  Have a great summer.  Off to church shortly for us.  Then enjoying this sunshine.

back in the days of old thats how the vets did it....on the table or in the barn...neutering that is!i'd agree the men get more violent with the liquor....i see that on a daily basis...a lot i think has 2 do with it being more culturally acceptable for men 2 b agressive and drinkers than women. And i see agressive women who can really sock away the booze drugs and raise hell...but moreso men!i work with more men than women!

The vet castrated our horse by hog tying him to the bumper of his truck. After that, he said 'let him run around in clean grass by himself for a day or two till it clots". I guess that's the normal routine with horses - I came into horses late in life, after a life in suburbia. I like it in the sticks now and if I tell a suburbanite something like this they are horrified.  Well gee, what are you supposed to do- put him in bed?
yeah, acohol affects everyone differenlty. Some people cannot remember entire days - I never lost more than an hour or so, and that was only after a really big night.  Now, your theory about vodka vs whiskey? Call me a sexist on this, but I think more guys drink whiskey than women and guys are more likely to be violent than woman.  Just thinking outloud on this one. I was never violent either - stupid, maybe and I sometimes said mean things, but never physically violent.  Just more thoughts!

i was talking with a friend today when i went to the vet...its funny the vet castrated two dogs (one of mine) right on a table in a lawn and garden store while customers were coming in and out...someday that stuff will be all gone...nice to live in the sticks sometimes...anyway the gril that i was talking with was a bad alcoholic(clean for many years now)..she had many blackouts...as well as a being a violent drunk...she said she use to throw things...and when she would blackout she wouldn't remember anything...thats what she called a blackout...now when i was drinking (and i could drink quite a lot) i never had a black out...and in fact had a great memory...drank vodka....and i wasn't violent...but still had a bad alcohol problem....i guess it's funny how different people are affected by alcohol...and one more thing.....she drank beer and jack dan...it has always seemed to me that vodka drinkers are less likely to be violent then wisky drinkers...just some thoughts..billy
