I think the symptoms that you had the following day were related to a hangover, but your body is also wearing itself out from all the alcohol. When you drink that much (that often) your body does not absorb nutrition from food. Many times, your body is missing vital nutrients.
Like boogieman says, it only gets worse when you get to this point. Trust me, I've been there. If you can stop, you're going to feel incredible within the next 3 months - that's something I can virtually guarantee. If you dont' stop, you're in for a downward spiral.
You need to stop or you will die. I ended up in the ER from drinking and not eating. I lost all my muscles and was dehydrated and had very few electrolytes. My prognois was poor thankfully I pulled through but it was hard work getting to walk and talk again, and I now know if I drink again and this happens which it will be i too am an alchohlic I will die. Please take my advice, Please.

ok now that u KNOW ur an alcoholic what will be ur next step?u r such a pretty lady from ur pic....this **** will ruin u..u know that....the ball of recovery is in ur court...u can dribble it and run with it...or drop it and continue to drink....this is do or eventually die or more dui's......jail etc....i got sober/clean when i was 28...am now 53....did 25 days rehab in 1983....AA,NA,RR and SOS....i took what worked and left the rest....and gravitated towards those who walked the talk and left those who just talked!:)prayers 4 u girl!:)
hello. ya it sounds like you qualify. the bad news is that what you experienced is only going to get worse. eventually, you can expect things like hallucinations (aka "d.t.s") and seizures to start, in addition to the tremors and nausea which will also become more severe. the good news is that you know now that there is a problem, and don't have to go through what others (myself included) have. if you want to stop, or even if you aren't sure, check out aa in your ares. you don't have to be a stereotypical low bottom drunk living on the streets, nor do you have to be sober. if you have a desire to stop, that's all you need to qualify for aa. anyhoo, welcome to the forum and best of luck! gm
True, I know I have a problem. I am an alcoholic. I had two DUI's in 2006. Went to a 90 rehab program in jail. I know that my BAC was .20 because the hospital tested me and told me. Thank you for your response. :)
loss of control when u drink and drinking since u were 15 and ur now 25 is indicative of a significant alcohol problem!how did u know ur .BAC was .20?thats 3x's the legal limit for intoxication nationwide i believe now..in ohio legal limit is .08.going in2 a panic attack when drunk is normal for some...with a .bac of 20 it sounds like ur body was withdrawing from alcohol. Also feeling hungover would be normal given what u describe. One doesn't have to drink daily to have a problem..its how much u drink when u do and what happens as a result of what u consume!
