to Bearns-i started a new thread for the other too long....U have to come up w/the $$$4 for an ankle monitor!the court assumes if u had the $$$ to get intoxicated and the bad judgment to drive a car  afterwards then it is ur responsibility to pay for ur own ankle monitor!
