Haha thanks it hard but I do it basically everyday of my life part that bother me is when there really drunk n want hugs n I can just smell the alcohol like crazy!  Like tonight my Bro is a depressed drunk n that just ain't no fun at all.  But I get it been there done that.  5 more days n I'll b clean a month know it ain't long but I do feel alot better. N I'm proud of myself n my family sees that I'm actually changing I'm also in college too so **** going pretty good finally

Well can't just not b in the situation lol my whole family drinks and my husband is in a band.  I'm doing pretty Well 25 days sober so I Can b around it I just get kinda jelly.  N trust me I'm from west Virginia and ain't **** to do while everyone goes or shoot H... why .am a drunk lol Oh Well doing good just get irritated n jelly bout it..

I  refused to put myself in wet situations the first 2 years of my recovery...too tempting...and i was afraid of what would happen!its a RX for trouble....as a old friend of mine from West virginia used to say"going in2 a bar to drink a Pepsi is like going in2 a bordello to listen to the music!LOL!well it was more coloful than this but i didn't want it all bleeped out!

HI Gyspy.. I would have cranberry juice with soda when everyone else was drinking It was good for me and let everyone else assume I had a drink. I only put myself in that position twice. Anyway I just wanted to add my support and to Congratulate you on your decision to get sober. Hope you are home and comfortable by the time I write this ! lesa
