One tiny red dot on tongue

So just right now I found a really tiny red dot on my tongue. I haven't noticed it earlier today. It's really small. You can barely see it. But I don't know. It just popped out of nowhere? Probably trauma from eating? I ate M&m's today, with peanut. I'm not allergic to peanuts. Idk. Is this serious? It doesn't hurt, sting or whatever. I also had red itchy spots that popped out several weeks ago. I got it from a hot tub and cold weather (my body isnt used to really cold weather) so could it be related?

Hello~

I am sure it is nothing to worry about, if you are worried, just keep a watch on it, if it gets worse, then call  your doctor, but normally, these issues are not concerning.
