Skin Allergy
I have skin allergies (hives) for four days now and they keep on coming back. I already had diphenhydramine injected to my system, which provided relief for at least 14 hours then my hives are back. They are worse than nights and I don't know what to do anymore. I avoided all foods that I can be allergic to, I barely eat anything tbh. Please help! Thank you.
Hello~Have you changed your laundry detergent, sometimes an allergy to a soap can cause hives and more itching at night. If they continue to get worse, I would see an allergist and ask for an environmental allergy panel test, maybe this will help to get to the root of the issue.

Sometimes food is not the problem for hive allergy. Try to what youve changed in you day routine maybe it can help to define the cause of allergy.
