sick or food allergy

hi everyone, one of my twins is sick, runny nose (clear) sneezing and coughing, the other is fine, they are 6 months old, on feb 6th, anyway. I have been feeding them new foods, something new every 7-10 days,. Yesterday I started ayla on multigrain oatmeal with fruit, it is for babies under 6 months, and she has already had the rice cereal, oatmeal and fruit, could this be an allergy? or are allergies to food more Gastro, thanks for any input

Hopefully, it's just an upper respiratory infection.

I sure hope you aren't doomed to allergies with her.

no fever or rash, she does have some upper airway congestion, I listened to her lungs, it clears if she coughs..

It's hard to say. She has both cold and allergy symptoms going on.

Is she experiencing any fever, rash, or wheezing?
