Hot face, flush when eating nuts

So in the past few months, I've noticed that whenever I eat nuts - possibly just cashews, but more likely any nuts - my face goes all hot and red, and the skin on my face feels prickly.  Could this be a sign that I'm developping an allergy to nuts?

I hope you have seen a Dr about this now - it might be worth cutting out all nut related products, especially sneaky nuts in things like chocolate - try www.thenutfreechocolatier.co.uk for Belgian products which are still gorgeous but totally safe. Waitrose stock a cereal made in a nut free factory also - just to be on safe side.....

Please see a Dr for an epi pen and proper diagnosis.  This can move on to become life threatening in any instance.
