What do I do?

So I was walking got stung on the foot three times and a didn't feel a thing until the stinger got stuck. The wasp stinger was hard to get out because my foot had swollen very fast in under thirty seconds of the stings. I had cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and soap water. I then took a Tylenol and put on some cortisone for the itching. I iced it but the ice did not help. I now am tripping over my own feet. What do I do?
