A Victoria Secret's rash? Help please!

Hi all,

I have this rash on both breasts and red hot blisters all around them. It's horribly itchy. It is the second time it happens, and the first time, It was after wearing a Victoria's secrets bra. It happened the next day of using that bra. I didn't use it again, thinking maybe I was allergic to the fabric, or it was the soap I was using to wash it. Well, after 1 month, I am using another VS bra and the exact same thing happened! The first time it went away quicklly, but this time is almost unbearable, and it also looks so ugly! This has never happened with another bra. I only had these 2 VS bras, and the rest are other brands. Please help. What can I do with this? I've been reading about the danger and I can't believe I had no idea. I will never use VS again. They are expensive! and dangerous? OMG!

I am so thankful to hear that other people are experiencing this!  I thought I was crazy.  I bought 2 VS bras in May of 2013 and get a rash every time I wear them.  The first time I noticed it I thought it was just the strap rubbing on my skin, but each time I wear them it gets worse!  Now my entire breasts are covered in a red blotchy, itchy rash.  I am definitely going to let VS know about the problem!  I am going to stop wearing them and see if it goes away.

Thank you so much for the answer! It went away after a few days, and apparently it was that Bra. It was not the wire, but the fabric. I just moved to buying organic fabric bras, and will never buy Victoria's secrets bras. They put a mixture of chemicals and it´s difficult to know which one I am allergic to!

If a reaction doesn't happen with other bras, then it is possibly something with the Victoria's Secret bras, possibly the fabric the manufacturers use. If the problem doesn't subside, go to your doctor and check it out, they can prescribe a cream to alleviate it. Over the counter medications could help too, as well as baby powder. Hope this helps.

Did the bras have any metal in them?  If so you could be allergic to that.  I know first hand how horrible it is to have a rash like that.  I hope it is better.
