After drinking alcohol...

After drinking alcohol my hand/palms hurts, my feet and arm wrist itches. I get short of breath/difficult of breathing and my heart beats/throbs fast. The day after my hand get all tingly and numb...why? Last time I drank alcohol was about 2-3 month ago and I only had 2 drinks that night.

Thank you for your reply Eve. I am not on any medication at the moment and this is the first time I got these symptoms. I used to be a social drinker but the last couple of years I've been rarely drink (only on special occasions) and I know that it is really easy to give up alcohol. However, I am still interested if anyone else have had these symptoms or if anyone knows what it might be. I do not want to go o the doctors office and take up an office time if its not needed. It is better to leave the time for those who needs it more than me.

Hello there,

Are you on any other kind of medication? There are some medications
where you should not be drinking alcohol. Here's a solution to your
problem. Don't drink any  alcohol. Some people are very sensitive to
the effects of alcohol. I don't drink any alcohol and I don't miss it at all.
Alcohol is not even good for anyone. Alcohol is very bad for your liver.
Your choice, but giving up alcohol will solve your problem. It's not hard.
I haven't had any beer or wine in over a year, probably more than that.
Good luck to you. Eve
