Allergic to rye, rice, peanuts, and told no grains!

I went to a GI Dr. recently because i have been having issues eating.  Everything is upsetting my stomach.  Anyway, he hasn't been able to help me much so i went to an allergist on my own and found out that i am allergic to peanuts, rye, rice and he said i need to just stay away from grains all together.  So, now i am on the hunt to find out what exactly i can eat.  I can't find anything online that caters to my diet.  Is anyone able to help me?

Isn't it easier to get rid of the allergies? I went to a kinesiologist who got rid of all my food allergies in jig time. The old-fashioned allergists are not particularly effective in getting rid of allergies. So instead he said avoid the foods. Jeez!!

Unlike most European nations, America is behind the times in certain medical areas. We often taint valid medical practices by calling them "alternative." Kinesiology is related to Chinese medicine in that it works by clearing blockages within the system. I had severe food allergies and kinesiology got rid of them almost 20 years ago. The doctor who treated me (an MD by the way) would not be popular with traditional allergists who keep you coming back for years. Maybe that is why kinesiologists are not popular with mainstream medical practitioners.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Well, you could take wheat based products, meat, poultry, dairy foods and plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
