Hello and hope you are doing well.

It could be Boils or furuncles, which are painful pus-filled lumps on the skin resulting from the deep infection of a hair follicle. The infection is usually caused by a type of bacteria called Staphylococcus aureus (commonly known as staph). Penicillin is known to be effective against staph infections. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance. In the meantime apply warm compress and take OTC Acetaminophen for relief from pain.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
