My daughter has a similar reaction. She has even gone into anaphylactic shock as a result of exercising and overheating. She can get hives all over her body. You may want to consider having a blood test for your vitamin D levels. My daughters was extremely low (wasn't measurable). She now takes prescription levels of a vitamin D supplement and must be in direct sun or tanning bed several times a week.
hi i have had these symptoms in the past but not now i remember about 1994 lived in west sussex and got so over heated worn out ( i would fall a sleep and wake up with blinding headache with an incredibly high temperature) that when a lady friend called round for me in night time had to soak myself in a freezing bath .I am now 55 and no longer get this it is deffinately related to an allergy ! mine is processed onions among other things never had any tests for allergies just avoided certain food .Coconut is another one for me . .

Hi,
I'm thirty and I get something very similiar. Started about 2 years ago.. I was told by an allergy specialist to take antihistamines every day for about 6 months to suppress the histamine production - but it hasn't seemed to work.. I usually take an antihistamine before I work out, I may still get the hives but I dont seem to get the burning itch..
Sorry I dont have much of a solution though.. I'd like to get off taking so many antihistamines so I'm interested to see if anyone else has an experience with this..
