Can smoking hookah cause adult Croup?
My roommate is 23 and this weekend she and a group of her friends went out and smoked hookah 2 days in a row. Today she has this barking cough and her breathing is so loud and it sounds... I don't know the best way I could describe it is: heavy? Like its taking effort to breath in and out. I know hookah isn't good for you, some (like myself) might even say bad for you, but could it cause croup in an adult? I just can't think of anything else it might be, neither of us have been anywhere near kids recently or anything.
