Hi,
Are you on any medications currently? Are you allergic to any other substances or do you have history of allergies in the past?
From your description this looks more like sweat dermatitis or maybe exercise induced allergies.
You should try and avoid sweating, sun exposure and see if it helps with your symptoms.
You could also consult your doctor for your symptoms and let us know what he/she advises.
Ask your doctor if antihistamine or antiallergic medications would help in your case.
Keep us posted if you have any other doubts and also about how you are doing.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
Chris:
It sounds very much like exericise induced allergies. I will tell you that my brother suffered with the same symptoms you have listed for over 9 years, he would take a benedryl and a cold shower and the hives and swelling would relieve itself. However, he had a massive attack this summer and passed away due to an anaphylaxic reaction. Please take your symptoms seriously and see an allergist. My brothers episodes usually came on when he ws overheated and he thought it was tied to the consumption of cheese as well, so please keep this in mind.
There is such a thing as exercise induced allergy, I would check it out.
