Chronic hives

I thank you ALL fellow sufferers!  I had sudden onset hives, untouched by a shot in rear by the ER, UNTOUCHED BY PREDNISONE and Benadryl.
This site provided hope, and safe things to try.  While I wait to follow up with my physician.
My hives are in the "finally fading stage after I added the following things on my 5th day of prednisone:
I got any everyday probiotic.  Along with prune juice to flush the toxins out of me (it worked, lol).  Then I added the remaining antihistamines, loratadine, and centirizine.  These are OTC antihistamines.
SOMETHING in that formula is helping!
Thank you!  I was alone in trying to beat these.  Doctors have no idea besides standard protocol.
They still don't believe a "normal" temp for me is 97.6, not 98.6.  98.6 is fever for me.
Your stories HELPED emotionally as well.  I also took anti anxiety meds .5 -1 mg of klonopin.  This helped keep anxiety from blocking my healing.  I look forward to seeing my physician later today.  I have photos to PROVE where I was at the day they came on, and I was tuned away due to busy schedules by my physician and an urgent care facility.  Your answers will be found.  Look at the smallest things first.  I think STRESS alone is a killer if not alleviated.
Best wishes to this wonderful group!  Thank you!

you should also try fexofenadine, it is more expensive the other the OTHER otc, but it may have less side effects as well.

I will advise to eventaully stay away from immunosuppressants, have you used OTC antihistamines before.
