Coflex titanium spacers

I had two coflex  titanium spacers implanted on L2-3 and L4-5 in August 2014. For the past year my WBC has been going up and down but not back to normal. I don't have a fever or chills just my leukocytes are high and neurocytes are low.
I think I am allergic to titanium . The hematologist wants to do a bone marrow biopsy. Can I be allergic to titanium ?
