Dermatographia

I have been suffering from dermatographia for the last 10 months. I have been on prednisone and 6 different anti histamines that barely help. I've went to 3 immunologist and a dermatologist and everyone tells me there isnt much they can do to find the cause of the problem. They seemed to get worse everytime after prednisone was prescribed. I've been on an anti inflammatory diet, keto diet, candida diet, leaky gut diet, alkaline diet,   detox (Green juice) diet and those didnt work either. I have gotten allergy tested & blood tested and only  my Vitamin D levels are low so im taking 10,000 IUS a day. I did a celiac disease test and im not allergic to gluten. I've quit smoking and that didnt help either. The only thing left to do is try Xolair but my insurance doesn't cover it. At this point I am moving to another country which I figure I might as well take the Xolair there since it will be only $200 a shot instead of $1500. I'm thinking maybe the climate and a complete reset in my life might help. I've run out of ideas! Does anyone know of anything else I could try to for my dermatographia?
Currently I'm on cetirizine ranitidine in the morning, hydroxyzine doxepin monteleukast at night, 10,000 IU of vitamin D and tons of aloe vera gel for when I break out. Some days im ok and I can be productive other days I just have to OD in meds to sleep it off. I also drink  baking soda, apple cider vinegar and aloe vera twice a day.
