Episodes of sudden, stabbing pain at the base of neck, right side.

These episodes have followed mild exertion. The sharp pain lasts several minutes, then subsides. This seems to involve my sinuses as the pain gravitates there and a mild headache continues for some time. Sinusitis? I have no congestion.
