Hi there, i have been having a problem the last couple of months with my hands, everytime im out working, or just out with mates and its cold or chilly my hands tingle and white bumps appear all over my hands. They look like stings from nettles and its unexplainable and irritating, any help would be great thanks.

Good day, this looks like you are starting to have circulatory problems or nerve problems, due to mabee inflamation of the carpal tunel. your doc, can prescribe a test to check this, I needed an operation on both wrist, but I chose not to get it, I am having chineese accupuncture sessions done, and It has corrected my problem to 90%, I'm a believer of traditional chineese medecine, it works wonder for me, but you do not have to feel the same, get the test done, then you can see with the doctor, your best option for you. hope this has helped.
