I have burning sensation rash

So my cheeks eyebrows forehead around lips around the facial hair of my lips to be exact the chin it feels like a burning sensation. It itches but I don't scratch it's irritated pink. I'm Hispanic light skin. I think is mental because my sister started freaking me about about herpes and I'm so scared. I do t have blisters never had and I'm not even sexually active or interact with anyone. My chest feels the burning too. I'm on the edge all the time it's been since 3 days ago that the burning sensation started. I'm very sensible in my skin I only use dove sensitive. What could this be ? I applied shea butter and antifungal and vinegar

Hello Yeimy26,

Welcome to the allergy forum. I see you joined Med help this month.
It sounds like an allergic reaction to me based on your comments.
Have you started using a new product on your face ?  Itching can be
an allergic response.  What product do you use to clean your face?
Have you always used the same product to clean your face or are
you using something new? I once used a soap on my face that gave
me a rash the next morning. That soap was Ivory which is supposed
to be very mild. You say you have sensitive skin. Dove sensitive is a good choice of soap as a shower soap but not necessarily as a face soap.
The skin in various parts of your body is different .  You say you feel a burning sensation of your cheeks, forehead, and around your lips.
Do you use a skin lotion to moisturize your face? If so, what is the name
of that product.  If you have sensitive skin, you have to be really careful
about what you choose to put on your face. If you happen to be allergic to
any of the ingredients in a particular product, that could cause a burning sensation. I see you live in Florida.  Are you using a daily sun screen?
Do you have a sunburn on your face? That might cause a burning sensation.
Have you been to see your family doctor regarding this issue?
You might need to see a dermatologist to assess your skin and to advise you
on what skin products to use.  Tell you if you are using the wrong facial products or body lotion etc.  I wish you well.  Eve
