Itching in the upper body region after coughing or sneezing

For as long as I can remember, there are times when I would sneeze or cough, and it would cause an itching sensation in my upper body region, more so in my chest area and below my armpits. The sensation does not appear to be on my skin but more beneath it. At first, I suspected it had something to do with my lymph nodes but couldn't find any detailed information on the matter.

Is there anyone who perhaps has an idea of what it could be?
