I've had the same problem for 2 years now. I've never been allergic to anything but started developing all kinds of allergic reactions. I found out I'm allergic to certain lip balms and lipsticks. Vaseline helped it when it was trying to heal. I'm definitely allergic to EOS lip balms, but that confuses me because I thought they had natural ingredients. I'm still not sure which ingredients I'm allergic to yet. My friend gave me an extra lip balm that she uses and that helped. It's called Karite Lip Balm. It's the only lip balm I'm using now and you can find it on Amazon. I'm afraid of using anything else.
I am having this same issue - since January. My dermatologist and I thought it was from Mango Juice, but I haven't had any since my last outbreak about a month ago and on Tuesday, I had another outbreak. My home had a water pipe break in January and I've been in the process (very slow process) of getting my home back to normal - have to get all new flooring and a new basement floor (was asbestos) - so I'm wondering if its something from the water damage that is causing this. I also was prescribed a steroid creme, which I haven't used yet - I'm stubborn, but after today, I will start it. My internal medicine doctor said it was part of menopause, but I don't think that's it either. Hurts like crazy!
Hello,
Sometimes food allergies can cause a reaction similar to that. I would suggest that you keep a food diary for a while and see if you can detect a pattern. It may not be one food, but a combination of foods (compicates the process greatly). Medicine and supplements allergies can cause that reaction as well, so consider if you have taken any of those before your break outs.
I hope you find an anser soon.
