Rash

I have a rash from installing fiberglass insulation, how can I treat this?

-Take a long- cool only- shower. warm showers will just open up skin pores and allow the tiny slivers of the insulation get in your skin and cause irritation. Rinse face and eyes with cool water for longer time
-Test  good quality acetone ( an organic solvent) in a small area of your body. If you have no reaction to it, use it to get rid of all the remaining slivers. Then wash  really well, using  pure olive oil soap. Rinse very well.
-Lavender oil in an organic cool lotion base would be very helpful afterwards.
See a local aromatherapist for this.

Next time wear proper protective clothing  and gloves. Do not neglect to  protect your face and eyes.
