Your symptoms sound exactly like flu or cold symptoms.
I don't think an allergy to spices is going to cause those reactions, but it is a possibility.
Don't touch those spices for a few days...then try using them again. If you have those reactions within a 72 hour period after using them, then it's possible it's an allergic reaction.
Sneezing after having the spices going up your nose is normal.
but the spices can act as foreign bodies which can cause vasomotor rhinitis??
i dont think its cold because i never get cold,,never since once when i was a child
Hello and hope you are doing well.
It could even be a combination of the two, an allergic reaction superimposed on a cold. The symptoms you experienced could be due to a prodromal phase of an infection, before the actual signs are evident. The body aches and general feeling of unwellness could indicate a viral infection. You will need to check to see if you are running a fever. So, please consult your primary care physician at the earliest for proper assessment. He may ask for blood and urine tests to determine the cause. In the meantime take OTC acetaminophen if there is temperature and try to take warm oral fluids.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
I think tschock is right. Try to avoid spices for a few days...then try using them again. If you have those reactions within a 72 hour period after using them, then it's possible it's an allergic reaction. If you feel like this is an allergy immediately concern your doctor.
