Several headaches every day. Sinuses or allergies?

I have chronic post nasal drip. I've had it for several years. The ENT told me I have a narrow passage and mild deviated septum. He told me Flonase wouldn't help me much. So I just take allergy meds and use saline when needed. But the past month I have been getting these pains/headache above my left eye, actually above my eyebrow. It comes and goes several times a day. It only last 30 seconds to maybe a couple minutes but I was thinking it was due to sinuses or allergies? I need some advice. I am going to my family doctor in May. It could be sooner if these get worse.

How bad is the pain, like on a scale of 1 to 10?

Most often, headaches over eye like this are tension headaches - https://www.healthline.com/health/tension-headache

However, lasting that briefly, it might be a cluster headache, but that pain is terrible, and you don't mention that. https://www.allaboutvision.com/conditions/headache-behind-eyes/

It could be allergies or sinuses, but you definitely need to get it checked. I know things are crazy with COVID now, but if the pain gets worse, or the headaches change, see your doctor sooner.
