Should I be concerned about my eyes?

I wash my face with the same soap every night but last night I accidently got some in my eyes. I thought that I got it out but by the time I got back to my bedroom from the bathroom my eyes were really red and itchy. I put some eye drops in, just some OTC redness relief, and continued to put my regular moisturizer on the rest of my face, avoiding my eye area. But then I realized that my eyes were pretty swollen and it looked like little lumps or welts on my eyelids and below my eyes. I applied some cortisone cream to my eye area and took a Benedryl. I also applied more eye drops and went to bed. I woke up this morning and while the little welts are gone, the swelling is still there. I can't tell if it's less than last night but you can definitely see that they're still swollen or "puffy". I just took another Benedryl. What else can I do? Or what should I do?
