Titanium dental implant

Everything started after I got my dental implant, two days later I got a swollen tongue, swollen area under chin and my whole neck area was feeling very tight, hot and felt like it was burning. My ears also started poping all the time. The dentist just thought it was an allergy to the antibiotics I was taking, so I stopped taking them but then four days later I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation on my skin. That was it for me. So I went back to the dentist and he took the implant out but he said he had never seen this before. But now after three months I still have some symptoms.I went to so many doctors and there is still no diagnosis, all my blood and urine tests are ok.I can't sleep at night because of the burning sensation, not even sleeping pills help. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do next. Does anyone have any idea what should I do?
Thanks
