Wasp bite, Delayed alergy reaction..

I’m 33 and healthy... 48 hours after wasp bite, because of serious local inflammation at the bite spot I received anti histamine and corticosteroids shots for two days... third day severe chest pain woke me up... it was unbearable, i had to go to E.R. ... whole day spent with pain and no diagnosis. Then some swellings started, on back on my head, and other parts of my body...Then finaly dermatologist suggested that it can be delayed alergy reaction from the bite and I received Antihistamine and corticosteroids shots and everything was gone in 15 minutes... 24 hours after the shots the swellings came back. Antihistamine pills did not help at all. Swelling on feet, and itchy red patches on my palms... struggling with that for 2-3 days i had to get shots so i can get some relief for at least 24 hours... then i went on strict food diet... who knows after how many shots and 70 days after, itching is bearable and swellings are rear... 9 days since the last shots. I’m getting better unless I eat something else then twice-baked bread and yogurt... whenever I consume something else symptoms are getting worse... I’ve lost more than 10 kilos body mass so far...
any suggestions? Anyone with same problems?

Apologies for my bad English...
