Weird reactions, don't know exactly what they are

So in the beginning it started off as just a normal allergic reaction on my face until we realised the cause which was a Hemp lotion. But then we realised that it wasn't just that and I ended up throwing everything that I put on my face away. After that it stopped for more than a month but like 2 days ago they started again. Yet unlike before they last for a short amount of time no matter how big the reaction is. I only get them on the left lower side of my face around my chin ( when I get them on my face). I also have been getting them on my left shoulder and upper part of my back in between the shoulder blades and sometimes along the neck. I also get them very often on my right arm but they seem to go away after I notice it. The ones on my back and shoulder usually happen around 11 o'clock every night, the one on my face usually happens in the morning and the one on my arm really doesn't do it at a specific time but its also more common. I can't tell if its a allergic reaction like before but when I got it my face even turned kinda numb even know it feels weird, but it usually feels like a tag you left on your shirt. Its really uncomfortable and itchy, there's usually one main bump unlike with hives where there like blisters or bubbles. I don't know if this is even involved but I also found two dots on my right arm which are a purple color.
