What does Coconut, Olive, Palm, and Argan have in common?

I have severe Rhinitis when using shampoos/products that contain Coconut oil, Palm oil, Olive oil, or Argan Oil.
I also have horrible stomach issues and flushing if ingested. Sometimes tight and tingling throat.

What do all of those have in common?

I thought that maybe I had a tree nut allergy but some of those things are not classified as a tree nut and I've eaten products with peanut without reaction.

I tried to do research to see if maybe they cross reacted but everything that I find says that allergic reactions to these things are rare and that they are the most "hypoallergenic" alternatives. So how am I having reactions to them!?
