What is causing shortness of breath that gets better after I eat?

I been feeling short of breath for the past 3 days that gets better after I eat. Sounds crazy I been googling and everyone else said they get like that AFTER they eat.. I assumed the worst I tried an inhaler that don't seem to help, allergy pills don't help and also I tried nose spray to help me breathe. My oxygen is at 97 percent. It's pretty constant I feel like crap even when I'm driving like I can't breath. Even though I can take deep breaths without wheezing. I was diagnosed with gerd a few years ago so you think it came back?

So what would make me feel like this I just want to get normal it's a horrible feeling not being able to breathe good. Anyone know if gerd would cause me to feel this way?
