Hello and hope you are doing well.

The rash could be due to contact dermatitis, that is exposure to an irritant like a chemical or metal or anything you are allergic to, it can cause rash. It could also be due to eczema, psoriasis, or sometimes due to infected hair follicles. But to exactly pin point the pathology you will need to consult your  primary care physician who will examine you an may ask for blood tests. If the need arises he may refer you to a dermatologist. In the meantime, local measures like ice packs and antipruritic lotions may help.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hi,  we aren't doctors so cannot diagnose but maybe it is eczema. There may be creams that are over the counter you can try such as Eucerin Cream to help.  You  may want to check with your Dr about creams such as antifungal for the face -- my Dr won't let me use cortisone on the facial area w/o his permission and for limited time only.

You may want to only use plain water to wash with for awhile, too, and then introduce a non-irritant soap such as Cetaphil.

Hope this helps .. keep us posted!
