alittle bit of posion cause sollen face and red itchy (when disturb) bumps all over my body

this my first time using this but i was recenly working, spliting wood and the next day i end up gettin a redish tint on my face like if i had sun beating on my face then the next day my face was puffy,eyes watered and redish bumps all over my body...
then i found out i had posion on my wrist no bigger than a dime, could that be causin all these issues? please help,im abit worried ang my family is to :/

Dont worry sounds like an allergy to the wood you wre using what kind of wood was it? it will go away, you could take some Claritin its anti histimine may help it go down, maybe wear gloves abd sleeves when cutting wood good luck
