allergic to cortisone shot?????

Last Monday I received a cortisone shot in my shoulder.this was my second shot but this time they went deeper in the tissue. first shot was given 2 weeks prior no apparent reaction.by that Wednesday I started getting chills very achy from head to toe throat irritated headache felt feverish very tired. assumed I was coming down with a bug.all I took for that was Tylenol.by Friday I felt lots better but noticed my hands and feet felt like pins and needles.looked up symptoms and from what I gathered I developed some kind of eczema. blister like on hands feet face a bump or two on leg..DID I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO CORTISONE SHOT???

It is unlikely, but possible. You should notify your doctor immediately and fill out an adverse drug reaction form on the FDA website. The most likely cause is a contaminated production run. There is a serial number on the vial that should be noted by the physician.
